My bumper got ripped off because they didn’t tie my SxS down properly and I filed a claim, they told me they would take care of it. Now they will not take my call or call me back!

Prior to shipment, all customers are provided with clear insurance claim guidelines, including the requirement to fully inspect the vehicle at delivery and note any damages on the Bill of Lading with the driver’s signature. This step is essential for initiating any valid insurance claim with the carrier. You mentioned that the driver did not allow inspection before payment. In such situations, customers are always advised to immediately contact us so we can intervene in real time and assist. Unfortunately, we were not contacted at the time of delivery, which limited our ability to address the situation directly with the carrier. Additionally, the required inspection and documentation process was not completed at delivery, which is necessary for filing a claim. As a broker, Vertex Carship arranges transport with licensed carriers, and any damage claims must be processed through the carrier when properly documented. Great experience
I was working with a different company and they were unable to get a driver for five days. I was contacted by Marina at Vertex and they had a driver the same day, delivered the next day. Was a simple process and the car arrived quickly and in great condition.

Very happy customer
First I was hesitant about the company,but after I talked woth Sean John I was assured my car and truck are in good hands. Vertex came through for me in the most demanding time. I had a plane ticket the next day and sean made it happen. If you need a car or truck shipped call vertex you will not be disappointed. 5 stars from me and I went from oklahoma to California! Thank you Sean yiu deserve a raise! I will be using this company again in the future
