Beginner Spotify Promo Review
Worked with Sophia from the group on the Beginner Spotify Promotion Plan. Initial interactions were timely and efficient, and was able to organize a voice call, so that was good. Throughout the duration of the promotion, she updated me once a week, but there were a few delayed and incorrect (meant for another client) replies at times, which seemed a bit questionable and unprofessional (and is the main reason for 3 stars). Campaign reached the lower bound of advertised impact range (~25k), only. Demographics targeted according to my Spotify page were also questionable; e.g. Targeted ages >35, when my intended audience for the music is in the 20-30 year age group. Got what was advertised (just stream numbers), which is good, but the results did not go beyond the minimum. Personally, I am ambivalent if I would work with them again. Their campaign may be more beneficial for others. Didn't feel very worth it to me. I appreciate the enthusiasm from Sophia though!

Thank you for the honest review, Machlin. We always strive to get better & appreciate feedback on where we can improve as a firm. Since we're dealing with real people when advertising it's always hard to exceed expectations despite our effort to always overdeliver. Our targeting is based upon most clicks on the dollar within the set target group that was initially agreed upon. However, if the people listening to your music are a different age group than anticipated it's quite hard to change without lowering the converting rate since those were the ones that was most interested in listening to your specific music. All of that being said, we wish you only the best & have enjoyed working with you.
