Overall very professional, great targeting and end results. What I liked the most - that I was able to change the targeting while the campaign was active. What I disliked the most - that the campaign dragged out for more than the maximum of 4 weeks. That being said, we still reached the overall goal which was very satisfying.

Worked With vertex consulting group on my first campaign for my EP! Sophia was the main person I interacted with. Sophia was very quick to respond, very on top of the weekly updates, answered any questions that I had throughout the process, Sophia was super encouraging of me and my music. A lot of the thoughts I had matched up with Sophia‘s advice. The numbers promised were reached even more so then the minimum stream amount. I like The fact that these are real people real listeners hopefully turning into followers and legitimate supporters. Thank you for tax can’t wait for our next campaign!

So far so good! Every time I have a question, Kristoffer goes into great detail to make sure I understand the process. He is very friendly and shows a willingness to help. I am yet to finish my first campaign which has elapsed the 4 week stage. I was not aware that costs (or other issues) would prevent the campaign from being completed out with the timescale stated on the website. That being said, I supposedly have 50% of my investment remaining. I would rather the promotion continued for a further 4 weeks if it helped the song reach the correct audience, rather than needlessly spend all the money just to make timescale. I will provide an update on the end result in due course, but the energy and commitment from Kristoffer has convinced me to start another promotion campaign using Vertex Consulting Group even though I have unknown results from my first campaign. Honestly was nervous to get into any form of promoting, assuming every stream or follower would be fake, but Vertex actually impressed me. The growth seemed trustworthy plus I was in constant contact with one of the co-owners. I love the overall result. The only reason it doesn’t get five stars is because I want to see where it goes from here before I fully trust it.

I have been having really good Instagram growth with them so far. There was a bit of miscommunication but then they got it better and everything is good now. Hope it will be good always now.

They are one of the finest companies that you can use if you want to get PR. We came to them about 3 weeks ago and they have already got us all the PR we needed. They are very professional. I wish they had better communication tho.

So far I have been having a really good experience with Vertex group. The grew our followers at an instantly fast rate and then they even helped us with PR. So far, we have been featured in a few magazines. but I feel like communication can be a bit better. Other 5/5.
