From my first contact with Eddie (Eduardo Silva), with my search for a best fit product for our team members, the communications and personal attention to our needs were understood and met. Eddie was easy to speak with and I appreciated his non pressuring to buy style. Eddie’s knowledge of ergonomics and challenges with workstations was very much appreciated. Eddie was also respectful of our time and he was able to quickly get through multiple assessments of workstations while we had his valuable time. Set up and breakdown of demo equipment was amazingly fast. He was very knowledgeable of his Vera products and options to fit our needs.

Versa is always great with our orders and their customer service. Ana Gonzalez is my contact and she always goes above and beyond to help us. Great company that has challenges like everyone these days but they always try to answer our questions promptly.

We have been ordering from Versa Tables for about 4 years now and have ordered well over 100 of their electric stand up desks. Ana Gonzales has been our rep so between her and the quality of their products we are 100% satisfied and wouldn't think of ordering from anyone else!

I did experience a long delay in receiving my desk. For me, every call I had with customer service was responsive and pleasant. My first call was within a couple days of placing my online order, customer service was very upfront explaining there was going to be a delay in the delivery, so I knew what was happening and was willing to wait. The delivery was smooth, the pallet was placed in my garage. With two people we were able to assemble the desk in a couple hours. The VersaDesk has been perfect for sitting, standing, holding two monitors, two laptops and a printer.

I absolutely LOVE my Versa desk. Had mine 5 years- loved it so much, I told my boss about mine at home and I ordered one for him. He has back problems- so it's worked very well. He loves it too~ I wish mine had a USB charger like the new ones do- but over all- 5 stars!!

Fast reply to questions. Easy checkout. Good selection and fair pricing. I bought sample units to try. If they work out, I will buy some more. Plus, the large delivery truck could not fit down my street, so I had to make arrangements to meet the driver and pick up the items in a truck I supplied. The unit assembled perfectly and without issue. It is rock solid and surpassed my expectations. I'm very happy with the quality, fit and finish of the furniture. The ball bearing drawer glides silky smooth and heavy duty. I would definitely buy more products from Versa. The only issue was the lengthy time to ship and the delivery problem. But shipping was very cheap for the poundage, so guess I can't complain. But I wonder what would have happened if I did not have access to a small truck. Oh...there were also some scratches to the top of the table from rubbing on the metal in the box. Some of the marks cut into the top material, but it was very slight. I was able to rub out most of it with a cleaning / polishing agent and some elbow grease, so I didn't complain. If you buy something from Versa, the ship time may not be measured in days or weeks...but in seasons. I guess it just depends on your luck. Versa said there were problems with product supplier delays. I could have easily given Versa a 1-star review for the months it took to ship the product, but if you can be patient, you will get some outstanding furniture for a fair price. I looked at a lot of computer furniture before buying from Versa and nothing compared to Versa anywhere close to it in price.
