I absolutely love my stand up desk! I opted for the power lift style and it is extremely helpful. My neck pain is gone because I can adjust the height of my screen perfectly. When I am standing or sitting.. Ifind that I move more during the day and feel much better at tge end of the day now. Everything about the order went perfectly...even delivery during COVID! Louie and his team are awesome! This is my second personal VersaTables ever purchased outside of my work and I'm very happy with it. I had a lot more interaction with customer service this time because I accidentally ordered the wrong surface. At first, it seems that the exchange process was a hassle: No exchange in person (I live 45 mins away from the warehouse) or extremely expensive for me to ship the surface back using shipping providers available to me. Louie and his team were able to pull through and I paid a much lower shipping rate to return the surface. In fact, my wife is so happy with the service, she is buying another VersaTables product through her work.
