I'm surprised I've already received a review request when I haven't yet received my product. I've emailed customer service twice regarding status with no reply and have called three times only to be told call back again they don't have any info to share. It's been frustrating not knowing any information and no one in customer service to address it. I expected more from this company based on other reviews.

I ordered these partitions over a month ago, and have not received all pieces. One piece consistently gets delivered extremely damaged. This is unacceptable and I would like to talk to a Manager.

I have not received my order. Blame the shipping company, but company I paid $3,000 to for the room divider should take the responsibility of choosing a good transportation company and making sure the item is delivered when promised.

First order shipped was damaged so they sent replacement shipment. That was all damaged also. Now, I cannot reach customer service to get a refund / credit.

Placed and order for a single panel, first came damaged, so we refused. Contacted customer service and they put in for a replacement. Re[placement supposedly got lost, never received. Received credit. But very disappointed overall.

We sent out a replacement immediately after you contacted us, but that order also was damaged while en route to you. We package up our products heavily for instances like this and unfortunately once the order leaves our dock, it's in the hands of the freight company. We've issued you the full refund and you should be seeing that within the next 7 business days. Horrible experience. ***After receiving Versare's response to my very honest review, I would like to add that they tried to charge me a 20% restocking fee on damaged products I refused to accept on delivery. It wasn't until I said I would turn the incident over to my legal team that they "decided" to issue us a full refund.***

We offered a full replacement to remedy this situation as soon as possible, but you elected to cancel the order. We then issued a full refund, and emailed you the confirmation over a month ago. No follow-up from customer service As soon as I placed my order I realized I made a mistake and ordered too many posts. I immediately called because they make it clear on their website that you need to call within two hours. The woman who answered wouldn't help me because the order would not appear on her end. I asked for her help and she declined and told me to call back. I called back, no answer so I left a msg. I followed-up with an email and no answer. The wrong shipment has now been shipped out five days after placing my order and no one got back to me. I don't have an opinion on the product since it has yet to arrive but so far I am not appreciating the customer service.
