Product shipped quickly and arrived undamaged. Very simple to put together - literally less than 10 minutes. Exactly what we were looking for. A little pricey but worth the money.

I am very pleased with the appearance of the wall, it looks great. it also arrived very quickly and nicely packaged. I will say that I wish the wall was more sturdy, I feel like I might have paid too much for it. for the price, the quality of the wall frames should definitely be better.

Was pretty simple to find what I wanted and to order. A missing element was knowing the weight of what I wanted. Did have an issue with submitting payment as the processed gave me an error when providing a card, so I had to submit by using a PayPal. Can't wait to get my new walls!

Some panels arrived damaged and with no direction to install. A quick email exchange with customer service took care of any issues with my order. Overall good experience minus the small head ache from the shipping damage.

The coatrack is very sturdy and is beyond great. The delivery was delayed even beyond what the shipper planned. I waited by the phone door key to the church in hand. I finally got a call from the architect next door who said there was a truck waiting to unload. The driver was very kind and helpful. Putting in the double hooks took a while. Threading the screws and nuts 24 times took an hour, but they are lovely. The chrome rails accommodate coat hangers too. Everything was ready for our two concerts (75 coats!) on Sunday the 19th. Thank you.

I knew exactly what I wanted and was ready to purchase but the website is impossible to maneuver. After too much time on the site I finally got the things I wanted into my cart. Then I couldn't access my cart. I almost left. If I had not purchased cubicles from Versare in the past and wanted to match what I have, I would have gone elsewhere.

I purchased a custom 25'x6' 360 wall divider. The website is informative and easy to use. I was told to send an email to the customer support team with the custom-printed photo I needed to be printed on this wall (which I did). It's been almost 3 days and I haven't heard back from the customer service team... not even an acknowledgement that my email was received. It only takes 2 seconds to respond and say "yes we received it, we will be in touch". I'm not trying to be picky, but it would be nice to know that my email was received after I just spend $2700 on a custom wall. That's all I'm looking for. I even said in the email that if everything went smoothly, I would spend another $10k with Versare. I'm hoping that someone will confirm with me that my email was received by your team. Thank you.

Good product and company. The Soundsorb room divider came on time and was packaged well. I just feel they're a bit overpriced is all. Otherwise, all good.
