There was an issue at the beginning with materials for the blue fabric not being available. We made a switch to a different color and Versare expedited production to make up for the lost time. It was frustrating at first, but their support team was quick to help fix the problem and after receiving the product we have no regrets. Well worth the wait. I should mention, we are in Alaska, so shipping here is lengthy and we were in a hurry to finish our office so we could open for business. It was a setback for sure, but again, very happy with the product.

Great service so far with the ordering process. I found the website to be very user friendly and I was able to navigate well. I called customer service before placing my Ofer just to make sure I had selected all that I needed for my modular petitions. They were super helpful and professional.

The customer service team answered questions virtually prior to our purchase and assisted us with a damaged item replacement when the items arrived. The customer service team was fantastic and got a new panel shipped out to us right away. Tip: Make sure you open the boxes right away, as a business I was not going to open them until I had someone to assist with the install. Luckily I decided to open the box because we did have a damaged product although the outer box showed no signs of damage, thus we discovered that the timeframe to report this is very small.

I just received my hush panels yesterday . They were so easy to set up, and they look fantastic! I love the large window panel portions, so I don't feel locked away.
