The box was open and damaged when it arrived and it took a long time to be delivered and the size was incorrect

Poor communication w my order. I ordered online , waited for 3 weeks no delivery , no notification of emails that it was out of stock. until I called , stated the 5 panels divider is out of stock. No courtesy of notify us. And when I switch my order to 3 panels divider, receptionist said that they have a lot of stock, however, after paying it over the phone ,the guy that I spoke to said it will take 3/7 days to deliver, and said will email to confirm the orders . Yes he emailed me stating the 3 panels dividers were out of stock. That I have to wait the by end of May. Very frustrating!

I would change your website so you can choose the electrical panel when you are selecting items to add to your cart! This cost my company thousands of dollars freight and restocking fees because I had to send back the whole order. I think this could looked at and made more customer friendly.

Never received our order. They tried to charge 20% restocking fee for something we never received and for something they said was lost. What is there to restock? They will get full reimbursement from the delivery company and are still trying to charge for something we never received. We will never again order from a company that does business like this.

My last order, one was bent upon arrival. It ended up being extra so I didn’t make a fuss. I purchased again a couple years later. Now this time no info about shipment after two weeks plus. Called to check on order they said they were unsure they would check with production department and call give me update the next day. Three days later still nothing. However, the payment had no problems rolling out. I will try again to keep trying to find out about order status.

Ordered the following: Wall-Mounted StraightWall™ Sliding Partition 11'3" x 7'6" Marble Gray SoundSorb 2490521 2 Wall-Mounted Standoff SoundSorb™ Acoustic Panels 4' x 8' Marble Gray Bulk Pack 7825932 1 Paid for shipping plus inside delivery and upon delivery shipping company only wanted to drop at curb then after inspection of materials it was noticed that the 2 sliding partitions were damaged, so i stopped and called Versare and was instructed to accept all material and start a damage process. Had issue with delivery company by no communication from Versare. So Versare said they would resend damaged again but with different shipping company( they used the same company) and upon delivery it was damaged again so I asked for a refund at this point and was told no that they would have to charge a restocking fee for damaged material that i could not use so i agreed to have delivered again for the 3rd time. They actually used a different shipping company. Delivery showed up for the third time and was damaged again and i called Versare for directions at which they said not to accept and they would send again at this point Im done with them, this was for a project and it was delaying the project. The said they would refund the amount for materials but not for shipping. Will not use again

This is a horrible company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH VERSARE SOLUTIONS. Their solution to sending you the wrong item is to have the CUSTOMER pay to send it back to them and then have the CUSTOMER wait around while they try and figure out how to send you the right item. They sent me the wrong partitions (which were also damaged). I had a deadline for the project that was to include their partitions and I had to move on and complete the project with other materials. Now they want to charge me the shipping costs to return the wrong/damaged partitions PLUS another 20% of the purchase price because I do not want them to take a another shot at sending me what I ordered in the first place??? This equals out to over a $1000 that they will make sending one of their customers something that they did not even order- because it is their company policy!

While we paid for an outdoor delivery - which is fine - the divider was brought inside by my family and one of the panels was popping out already and couldn't be pushed back in. The entire panel eventually popped out, so not sure if it sprinkled or moisture was stuck inside the wrap, but it makes zero sense to not wrap the top of the product when you are literally delivering it out side. The divider is unusable, I have already sent in a review with no one contacting me and now I have wasted over 2K on something that is ruined because simply wrapping it completely was too hard of a task. I am a small business and my money is important to stay open and now im out a large amount of money on thing I can't even use in my play group.
