Great Customer Service!
Great communication. There was supply issue (as everything is right now) and they let me know the issue and gave me some solutions. Worked with me until we were happy. We didn't get our exact thing we wanted but it's not their fault. They were very responsive and helpful. And we're super excited to work with them in the future. Thank you Versare!

High-Quality Product

Materials arrived
Materials arrived And although one piece was damaged in shipping I was able to talk with customer service rep amd they told me to open up all the pieces and report / pics of the damaged items. I was able to take pics and send email and within minutes they were able to order and submit new piece right away. Thanks

Our blocks were shipped without any protection and were all damaged or very dirty. Versare was easy to talk to and we are expecting a replacement shipment from them. We are excited. Thanks for being so helpful in getting this solved.
