Tracking, I have no way of tracking my order, I have no Idea when it is expected to arrive, I don't even know what state it shipped from, Texas, China, where? Was my packaged delivered to the wrong address? So many tracking concerns.

The walls themselves looked good and are working for our space. However, the customer service to receive the walls was absolutely awful. The delivery service that works with versare was five hours late with the delivery “because they loaded the truck wrong.” Then, the delivery service refused to deliver my walls to two door options (completely accessible by other delivery trucks) because “they could not fit” and dumped my product in the middle of a busy Philly street with a major attitude. After talking the supervisor, I was told that the company basically prioritize “scratching their trucks” over customer products. They said that if they cannot deliver, the product gets sent back or thrown away. How is that the customer’s issue if they live in a busy city?? Why do you offer to deliver to major US cities if the truck drivers are afraid to deliver to buildings?? Versare- highly recommend that you find another delivery contractor or your going to have more low reviews.

The logistic company slightly damaged the panel. Emailed the customer service and I was able to get the replacement panel that had a damage. However, the one that they sent was also defective and damaged one. Didn't want to bother them anymore so just using it now.

Order was supposed to arrive on 4/10/2023. Its now 4/11/2023 6:25PM and no news so far as to where the delivery is.

One issue after the other. Missing parts twice. Twice sent to the wrong location. Difficult to communicate with. Going on about 2 months and still do not have complete materials to build dividers. Product itself is what we needed, just dealing with this company is very frustrating.

It has been almost 2 months and have not received 1 of my products. The products we received are very nice and good quality. i have called a few times and I guess there was a mix up of resending the product I never received because it was damaged. I hope that this is one of those orders that falls thru the cracks. customer service always answered me.

I was so excited to get this so my husband and I could have some privacy on our pool deck. I almost purchased two, but being on the pricey side I wanted to see how it looked first. As was mentioned in prior reviews before purchasing it is light weight. My issue was we had a Florida downpour and water got in the little holes on top. When I went to move it in front pf the pool again. Rust water ran all over our white pool deck and actually stained it. My thoughts are they should not allow water to get in and should use some kind of protectant caps or simply weld them closed.

I give 2 stars instead of one because the end products are nice. But dealing with the company was a pain in the but. Product production was delayed and their was not communication. Shipping was delayed and delayed and delayed - and in addition to the $900 charged for shipping if you want it taken off the truck there is an extra charge - if you want it delivered inside vs curb there is an extra charge - which is hidden in an email link. And then after all that - they then told me that the carrier wouldn't take them off the truck or bring them inside - and I had to bring my own people to do. And they couldn't give me a day or time window -and I just had to check tracking and call each morning. which meant having people on call or paid hours waiting around for nothing for days. Get your shipping and communication in order with your prices and products!!
