The order didn't arrive in time for my event, half of it didn't ship at all after I refused delivery for the first half I no longer needed, and now they're wanting to charge me a 20% restocking fee and the entirety of the $450 I paid in shipping, when only half of the order shipped in the first place. Just the cost in fees would have allowed me to buy a complete set of dividers from a less expensive manufacturer. Worst company ever to deal with. Definitely do not recommend.

How does this company have anything above 1 star? I paid $640 for their "noise reducing" acoustic divider panels and they have absolutely zero sound insulation. Seems like a total scam company when the 20% return fee ($128 in this case) is also considered.

I still haven't received my product and I do not receive any updates. I had to reach out to understand it was back ordered. I reached out again to get an updated status and have not received an update. AND you have my money. I did receive an email to review the product and will instead review your company..and not favorably...if you don't do something about this issue.

I ordered the product on Aug 22nd 2024 and still have not received it. I have to inquire about updates and am told the company is waiting on parts. I expected the order to be expedited quickly considering this is a small order and this is the product line your company marketed as available. Not happy with the time period and the customer service. Order #388687

Very little communication about my order. Has it shipped yet weeks later? Have no idea. Wasn’t even informed that it was delayed until I called.
