Since I was so disheartened with my recent experiences with my present Comcast provider, I thought I would give Verizon a chance, since they dug all the underground wiring thru my development over 1 year ago. I read reviews both horrible and great about Verizon Fios Triple packages, and hope I will not regret making the switch. One thing that concerns me is the availability of local Verizon business areas that will service my equipment should I have a problem, like I had in the past with Comcast and I was always able to go to the location to switch out a piece of equipment. Good support system is a must in today's fast moving world and I hope Verizon comes thru on this end for me.

My customer service rep, Miquel, or Q was nothing short of great. Coming from Comcast, I already expected better customer service, but Q was better than that. He was funny, responsive and very full of knowledge. He answered any question I had. Hope he gets a promotion or something!
