Cordell was amazing! He was patient and answered all of my questions and concerns! He worked out different plans we were interested in and compared the prices. I could not have asked for a better representative.

So far I like the choices and the technician that came in to set everything up was very cheerful and very helpful also the sales woman that took my order was very easy to talk to

So far I have had a very pleasant experience with my new FIOS services and dealings with members of their team. I had a previous provider and their new customer package was the best deal around. Would recommend to anyone.
