Called Verizon Fios customer service and had an amazing customer service rep walk me through the fios bundle telling me everything that is in the package the perks and the cost. Kevin was the customer service rep who I spoke to there was nothing that was not explained in detail so much so I had no lingering questions after the call. The chick who gave me the sales pitch was good. I was about to bail a times. But she knew how to keep me on the hook. Zynthia is her name I believe. I won't divulge how she landed me. You guys ask her. But she got me to do more than I planned. She should be teaching her technique. She's flawless on her sales pitch. She also got me to admit that she was "Da Bomb " . She Was personal and not pushy.

My experience with Comcast Cable for 20 years has been the worst customer service and constant surprises with rate increases. The quality of the customer service reps is consistently the worst and most incompetent. My frustration led me to call Verizon not just for a lower price but for better customer service. From the first moments on the phone to the end of the call when I purchased a plan from Verizon - my customer service experience was outstanding! I was just calling to get pricing and an understanding of Fios vs Cable. I had been a customer for optimum all my life and dealing with their customer services has always been a big problem their customer service department hate doing their job so I was really apprehensive about dealing live with a customers service to guide me and explain to me how FiOS work what was the different between Verizon's wireless and FiOS TV I'm so pleased with the customer services representative she walk me through the whole process explain all my question and the best part was extremely pleasant I can't wait to experiencemy new services thank u for making this transition less painful

I am very pleased with Verizon, they are courteous, helpful. I had so many problems with Comcast, being lied to, tech not showing up and I was just transferring service. I canceled everything with Comcast and will not return to them, I will highly recommend Verizon.
