The customer service representatives was extremely help in my process. I was with another company and I'm delighted I call on that day to switch my service.

I can't thank our saleswoman Tannessa enough! She truly had our best interest in mind and was patient throughout our decision making process. She let us know what would work best with our situation and gave us a great bundle! She kept our number and would call us back to let us have time to converse about what we should do. This helped for the process not to start over and over again! So happy Verizon has a great employee like Tannessa!

Asia was very helpful with helping me switch from Comcast to Verizon. She explained everything I needed to know. Now the true test will be after it gets installed if everything is as explained. Not to mention the price stays the same for two years and does not change every month as it does with Comcast. I have my fingers crossed. Good job Asia! Pamela

I had Comcast and was not happy at all with their service. The only item is the channels like QVC that I do not need.

Latoya was amazing! I was on my lunch and she got everything taken care of me before I had to go back in. She was extremely informative and I loved her by the end I wish I knew her personally we were laughing at the same time it was everything I needed. I am very pleased with her and wish I could deal with her directly for all my fios.
