The company is helpful and expedited my order speedily and I didn't have to leave my home. The product I ordered, a light bulb for my reading lamp, I cannot do without. The shipping was $6.97 which makes the bulb about twenty-six or seven dollars doesn't last as long as advertised. However, the lamp and bulb are excellent. I own three lamps!!!!

Excellent service. My lamp stopped working after 32 days. They paid in advance for me to ship back the broken one and quickly sent me a new one.
