The first light I received did not assemble correctly. A new one was shipped immediately and it worked and I love it. Well worth the price. By the way, my husband took the first one a part and found that the thumb screw had no ridges on it.

Verilux products are the best quality! I've purchased several and they are delivered quickly and provide wonderful benefits.

AWESOME customer service. Verilux replaced the plastic "grid" / cover for the bulb & did not charge me a penny!!!

Ordered two of these floor lamps for reading. They arrived earlier than expected. Both were very professionally, carefully, protectively packaged. They were presented mostly assembled and completion was amazingly easy. The product is exactly as described online, with the fit and finish rather remarkable. It more than met my expectations or hopes. They are high-quality lamps. And they went to obviously great effort to ensure easy tracking updates. This buyer heartily endorses the product and the vendor. I probably won't need any followup customer service from Verilux, but would expect them to be great at that if ever needed!
