These are great lamps. They add just the right touch to our living room. I have had other Verilux reading lamps in the past and they are hands down the best reading light I have ever used.

We had just purchased a previously loved Verilux Sanitizing Wand. To our surprise the unit worked when plugged in but not on battery. After searching online, discovered Verilux had battery for sale. Received it within 3 days. Charged battery and worked perfectly. Customer service reached out after purchase to ask if everything about order was complete. Thank you very much for keeping the love going for our wand.

Had my sanitizer vacumn for years and just now needed to change filter basket. Replacement price was very reasonable.

Last year I had a bad experience with Verilux. Two of my Heritage bronze lamps, that weren't even a couple of months old failed to work properly. I had to use duck tape to hold the lamp up. The neck screws on both lamps didn't hold. I called Verilux at the time, and the best they would offer was to have me purchase new ones at a discount. I needed up with two defective lamps. I was so angry that I hadn't ordered anything new until a couple of weeks ago when I needed new bulbs. Maybe it was the representative I spoke too (don't remember her name), but I got an entirely different reception. She gladly gave me a discount on the 4 bulb packages I ordered. When I repeated my earlier negative experience, she said our firm would be glad to send you a free Heritage Lamp. That call changed my attitude towards Verilux 180%.

I ordered the wrong size Happy Light bulb replacement. I got quick customer help and a rapid refund on the bulb I sent back. Thank you, Verilux. I love my Happy Light! Keeps seasonal affective disorder at Bay. I use it on a timer.have i
