The replacement battery for my UV Wand arrived after an encouraging and rapid response of an inquiry to Customer Service. However, the over-sized box was crushed and the battery loosely placed in bubble wrap--the product could have easily come out of the package. Upon installation, the battery charged quickly and appears to be working well.

Ordering was easy and the light we ordered arrived in a timely fashion. After putting it together, it works great.
