It was rather cumbersome to assemble & the screw to tighten the pivot feature doesn't really work. You are stuck with the angle the lamp wants to rest in. I preferred your original lamp with a flexible hose that allowed you to adjust the angle of the light.

Very responsive. Initial product order was delayed in transit. The company’s response was prompt and very helpful. The product arrived and I would recommend the product and the company.

I believe in light therapy; Veriilux and HappyLight have made me a believer. It isn't a single cure for Severe Winter Blues/Depression/S.A.D; but, is in addition to other self help remedies (exercise, keep moving/motivated, vitamin D supplement protocols, seeing the doctor to keep healthy, etc). I've owned the HappyLight for years now, and recently bought the smaller version so I can use it in other areas of my life (the smaller one is much more mobile). Thanks, bunches for the quality and customer service.

The experience was a pleasant one. The confirmation email was great. However, the original Verilux bulb that came with the light fixture new from the store only lasted 4-5 months on for only a few hours an evening making the claim of 10,000 hours a huge exaggeration. Seems 500 hours would be a lot closer.

Took a little longer than you said

I love the product and the benefits it gives me to help get through winter, but hated that I had to pay $30 (a THIRD of what my original lamp cost) to replace the bulbs. Additionally, it was VERY DIFFICULT to replace; I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone with motor skill difficulties. It also took a long time to get to me, so I was without blue light in the middle of a long, hard New England winter, which was terrible timing.

I really like this light. It’s fairly compact but large enough to do the job and love that it is easy to change the brightness and set the timer. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I wish the cord was longer.

This is the third lamp I have had to purchase as they keep breaking down and no one can fix. I really like the lamps when they are new and working. I just ordered a new floor lamp and received it yesterday. It is quite different than the previous so maybe it will last longer. I had purchased a tray and had on my old lamp but the tray will not fit this new one which disappoints me very much.
