Very good and friendly service

I ordered a desk lamp and was pleasantly surprised to receive a bonus of a rechargeable flashlight. Unfortunately, the flashlight was defective. I mentioned this on my rating survey and Verilux immediately sent me a replacement. Very good company to shop with.

I originally bought a product that didn't meet my needs. I contacted the company, and found a very helpful company representative, who steered me to a product that would meet my needs, and also sent me, via email, a return label so I could return my original purpose. Excellent, intelligent service!
