Awesome customer service!

The package arrived very quickly, well wrapped and securely boxed. I had a minor concern that the lightbulb might not survive the trip, but it did! I've replaced the bulb and turned the lamp back on. Hooray!

Came on time was well packaged and of course it is Verilux's excellentent quality .

Really nice light--it's done wonders for my dark office that has almost no natural lighting. Balanced with some warm desk lamps, it's managed to balance out a much too harsh environment. Really pleased to support a Vermont small business, too.
