The Bulbs & cover on my model lasted close to 4 years. Replacement for both was easy andI arrived in timely manner. I love my... Happy light... so do plants ,which is another source of therapy for me. Thank u

We used our Happy Light for a couple of months and then it wasn't working. We are very pleased with the response from Verilux when we contacted them. First they sent a replacement bulb and when that proved to not be the problem they immediately sent us a new Happy Light. Wonderful service.

First floor lamp I had for several years - interior of the shade became brittle and it was recommended that I no longer use the lamp. Ordered second floor lamp - currently waiting for replacement bulb (the one that was shipped was broken)

It is a nice light but I was hoping it would last a couple of years instead of the 1.14 years per specs because it is quite expensive.

I like the alarm clock, although it is a bit confusing to set up. I did get it set up to my satisfaction however. The 'happy light', I am not satisfied with and am sending it back. It has a mercury bulb in it and that is not pleasing to me. I was told I could get another one with an LED light in it, however, that is $10 more...I haven't decided if I will be purchasing that one or not.

Joy, I'm so glad to hear that you have the alarm set up and working! I apologize that the directions were a bit confusing. As for the Happylight, I'm sorry you did not find it pleasing. Some of our Happylights do use a fluorescent bulb, but the amount of mercury used is very small, about the amount that can fit on the head of a pin. We bought 2 to sit next to our recliners...just what we needed....we just ordered our daughter one...she loves hers also...she has it by her bed...you can’t. Go wrong buying any products that they sell .
