Fast service - product works!

I love the lamp, but it did quit on me after about 5 months. Customer service was excellent. They sent me a part to replace and now everything is wonderful again.

Had an older model and emailed the company for info. Rep was incredibly helpful.

I love this lamp. I have been using verilux lamps for several years. They are wonderful in my office. This new design, I like even better! It has a plug that plugs in the base of the lamp as well as the wall. What is nice is, I can thread the wire through my desktop hole, into the lamp and then plug into the wall with the square plug prong end. The old style that didn't unplug from the lamp base had the square plug end too large to fit through my desktop hole. This lamp has three light settings. Bright and cool, warm light and low setting. Perfect! And the wider surface light covers my desk area better. Great design.

It was easy to find the bulb I needed on the website, and it was delivered in just a few days.
