My doctor suggested that I try light therapy before and during the upcoming fall/winter seasons. So far I'm enjoying my Happy Light. The customer service I received was great and the price for the light is good and affordable. Now, I hope that it will help with my S.A.D. when the days grow shorter.

I'd been thinking about ordering a new bulb, but thought I had time. Then it went out. I ordered bulb on a Monday -- easy to do cause number is on lamp -- and it arrived before week was out. If you knew the things that had gone wrong for me in the past few weeks, you'd know why I'm so happy the bulb order was easy peasy.
