I love the quality and performance of this product. And when I had questions for tech support, I spoke with Cathy and she did an outstanding job answering my questions about it. I am very happy with the product, the price, and especially the friendliness and quality of support. Thank you!

I've had my light since 2014 and have been using it daily for about 2.5 years. I sit with it every morning before the sun comes up and read or journal. I am pleased with the light and only ordered a new bulb because my cat knocked it over and the bulb broke. It arrived with in the same week and I am back to my daily use.

Gave as a gift to a family member who moved to the northeast from the south and was dreading seasonal gray days. She’s very happy with the light box, finding that it does make a positive difference for her, and she gives it five stars.

The Verilux system for reordering the right light bulb for my unit is very easy and the order is processed and the bulb is sent very quickly. I really can't ask for better service - keep up the excellent work!
