Very good! I assume the bulb in this lamp lasts 'forever'.

Slight problem with order was quickly and satisfactorily resolved.

I bought the floor lamp (27watt) about a year ago. It was never bright enough. Then it just stopped. I talked to Cust Svc, which was nice but said the ballast in this (special $20 bulb) lamp was not replaceable, but they would send me another bulb on the chance it was defective. It was not, and the lamp didn't work. I then asked for the $20 bulb price back, and received no response. UPDATE 9/12/18: I got to thinking about how responsive they were when I first called them, so did again. Sure enough, it was an error. They had sent me a return slip for the bulb, which got lost so I never got anything. But they did immediately credit me the $20 cost back. Still think the lamp needs a redesign: more light, a standard bulb, and a replaceable ballast.

So far it seems wonderful. Just bought it a few weeks ago. Easy to set up. Great light.

Works as good as your average vacuum in terms of suction strength. While there's no immediate way to tell if the germs have been killed by the uvc light, I feel more comfortable with my young children playing on the floor. Unfortunately, the uvc will not turn on over dark colored rugs, so I use on brighter colored rugs only. I only wish it came with attachable handle to not have to vacuum on my hands and knees.
