Had an issue with the ac adapter on a lamp and Verilux replaced it at no cost. Very good customer service dept.

I had to order a new bulb for an older floor standing lamp that the stores no longer sold. Verilux shipped that bulb but it would not work. I called and they said to return it and they would credit my account, They also recommended a newer lamp which I really like as it has controls that I can adjust the light levels. The representative was very helpful. I can't the company enough

Easy to find accessory I needed - received safely when promised

For this particular order, things went as good as they should. However, when the lamp quit working we assumed it was the bulb, now that we have the new bulb we realize it was not the bulb, but the lamp that is not working. If we cannot get a new lamp, we will need to return the bulb. Advise please. Pat Bishop

Excellent customer service, and product!

I had an older fluorescent Verilux desk lamp for several years. Then when the bulb went out I replaced it with one I got from Amazon. But it only lasted a couple of weeks and it went out too. So I contacted Verilux service. They promptly sent me a new bulb free of cost. It didn't work either! Another call to Verilux support reporting this and they, without any hesitation, sent me a replacement desk lamp. Since the one I had was no longer being produced, they sent me their newest LED version. Again it was free of cost. I've since received it and love it, especially with no more $20 bulbs to replace. Wonderful service Verilux--I couldn't be happier with your handling of this situation.

The price was reasonable and my item came within 2 days, when it was promised in 5 days. Good quality and exactly what I needed.
