Verilux stood completely behind their product. Without any hesitation they suggested the fix and sent the part to make it right. It worked perfectly, but they did suggest that they would work with me on options if their solution did not fix it. I am completely satisfied with the customer service and honesty of this company.

Love my new HappyLight! It's larger than I expected, so it's a bit cumbersome, but it's so bright! I have a squirrel in my back yard that comes to my patio door every morning to see what the bright light is. LOL.
