Unfortunately, it's impossible for us to offer replacement parts for every lamp that we've made over the years, so we offer replacement parts for the most common items that need to be replaced (bulbs, ballasts and lenses) and a warranty policy: https://verilux.com/customer-support/warranty-information We find this works for most cases, but understand it did not resolve your issue. We would love to provide you with a discount for a new lamp if you would like to continue to use our floor lamps.
