I wanted to try the SAD light therapy to balance my mood , when the season changes and it is not possible to use the sun as a provider of the light we need to keep our mood and hormones balanced. I must say that the Verilux works. I feel more energized , balanced and less depressed .

So far, great light. It came quickly, seems to be very well made, and has a nice bright light. It's light weight enough to travel with and it's barely larger than an ipad. The fifth star might come if it lasts well.

It took a few days to notice any changes. I have found to use it earlier in the day. I was also using late afternoon but then I felt so wide awake at bedtime.
