Nancy, Thank you for letting us know! The UPS ground option for shipping to Texas is generally 4-5 days, but doesn't include the weekend. We do offer expedited shipping, but it does come with additional shipping charges.It's always an option! We appreciate the feedback, it helps us to help all of our customers!

Hi Eliezer, We are so sorry to hear about the trouble you've had with your lamps. They should be under warranty still by the sounds of it, and if so, we'd be happy to send you out a replacement. Hi G, 10,000 hours it the average life of the bulb. There are a variety of factors that influence the life of the lamp. Of course, we want to help people when their bulb fails earlier than expected, so our Customer Support Team has been in touch regarding your bulb purchase. Hi Charlie, Thanks so much for reaching out and posting your question here! Our apologies for the misunderstanding. There is not a grid diffuser on the VF09. Instead, there is a cover to help diffuse the light and reduce glare. They are a little different in their design (as one is a grid while the other is a cover), but both serve the same purpose and are located in the same spot.
