Hi John, Thank you for reaching out to us! One day delivery means from the time the order is shipped. If your order is placed after 9 a.m., it will be processed that day, ship out the next, and arrive the following day. Here is some more info in case it's helpful: https://verilux.com/pages/shipping-info The order was placed with us on the 19th of September, and UPS shows the order was shipped on the 20th and arrived the 21st. Hi Patricia, I'm so sorry to hear that a new bulb did not work for you! I did check on your return, and as of today we have not received it, but of course we will be happy to refund you as soon as we do! Hi Catherine, Thank you so much for your feedback, it helps us to hear from our customers on every part of an order, including the shipping. I did check on your order and UPS shows it was delivered today. Shipping transit times vary in different parts of the US, and don't include the day the order was placed, the day the order shipped, or weekends, so unfortunately it can take a little longer at times. We do have expedited shipping available though if you'd like to choose that in the future.
