The items I ordered came very quickly. They were in perfect condition and we loved them.

The polished brass floor lamp is beautiful. The Verilux light is excellent for sewing and knitting and health. The lamp is strong and sturdy with a replaceable bulb. It was packaged well, easy to put together, and at the sale price, I could not be more pleased with this purchase!

I have purchased three of the full size happy light, and overall I have no hesitation recommending Verilux. On this most recent purchase the light that arrived did not work. Customer service was very helpful, but their solution was in Verilux's favor not mine and just a bit frustrating. I was told that usually this occurs when the light has a bad bulb, so they shipped a new bulb. We got the bulb and the light still did not work. I called to report this, and again, staff was very pleasant and helpful. They shipped the new unit and included a return label to send the non working unit back. However, as I pointed out the system favored Verilux not me. It took from Black Friday to the 17th of December to get a working light.

I have used Verilux lamps for many years and have always had pleasant experiences with the company any time I needed to replace a light for my lamps. I would get the item within two or three days from the day of ordering. Can't say enough at how wonderful the lamps are. My brother can't see to read by using ordinary lamps but when I let him use my Verilux floor lamp, he could see to read quite easily. I use my desk lamps daily. They make such a difference in seeing well on my computer or doing any paper work. I will never go back to using regular lamps for reading or using computer.

My wife and I are delighted with our new Verilux light. It works extremely well. P.S. It's less than a week to the shortest day of the year (Dec 21) but with our amazing Verilux, we are doing very well.
