Love your products; but was sent several bulbs, long ago. They matched the number for my lights, but the tabs did not match. Therefore, I did not order another of that type floor lamp. I prefer your magnifying glass to all of the others I have tried; I am legally blind.

I purchased this Happy Light for my son, but I have also been using it. Fall & Winter days can be pretty gloomy but I think this has helped my spirits. He commented that it is "pretty bright" so be warned about that.

Thank you so much for your feedback, I'll be happy to help you! The Happylights can be light intensive, but many of them have different light settings, or you can try adjusting the distance you are using it if you find it too bright. We also have a 30 day money back guarantee if you'd like to exchange your light. Please don't hesitate to reach out to our Customer Happiness Team in Vermont at 1-800-786-6850 if we can answer any other questions! Best, Cathy

No one ever answers the "customer service" number. Want me to leave a call back number, as I'm getting ready to walk out the door. Difficult to find how products are different in the online descriptions.

Good Afternoon! Thank you so much for your feedback, it is much appreciated! This is definitely our busy time of year, but that is no excuse for not answering your call! It'd be nice if the light had a low/medium/high setting selection. However for the price, it's great. Delivery was great.

We have a 30 day money back guarantee if you'd like to send that one back for an exchange. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us in Vermont at 1-800-786-6850 if we can help in any way! Best, Cathy

Seems to be helping some with my seasonal depression. I have been using it faithfully for two weeks now. Nice to just read by. Seems pretty sturdy. Not a miracle worker as of yet, but slowly helping.

When I phone and order the lights bulbs it was fast ,But you dont have ballasts that goes with the daylights,I had to look around to find a $20.00 ballast fot the light. It was a hassle and wasted lots of time. You didn't know where I should look for one. It was good for getting the bulbs but otherwise it was very bad. Thank you Art

Website offered an opportunity to stock up during September with a discount coupon, but when I tried to order additional bulbs by placing a second order to stock up, it would not allow the discount because the discount coupon could be used only one time per customer. So be it. I found an alternative at Batteries & Bulbs at a better price.

Good Afternoon! We're sorry to hear that but glad you found what you needed. In the future please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly. We're happy to help whenever we can! Best, Cathy
