I ordered light therapy equipment as a gift for somebody. When Verilux determined they were out of that model, they offered to send this person a more expensive model. I accepted this offer but was worried that because of the delay involved in this email exchange the gift may not arrive in time for Xmas. Verilux then unsolicitedly sent it by express mail. i am very impressed by this level of service! (The item is not for my use and it takes some time to obtain therapeutic effect, so i can't comment on its effectiveness.)

Once again I have received very good service and the quality products are exactly what I need. I would recommend this company's products to my family and friends.

I received an email after ordering saying my item was out of stock but they would upgrade me if that was ok. Wow! The correspondence felt personal - much appreciated. Verilux sent my Happy Light right away. It arrived in perfect condition, with instructions I can understand! This light is so simple. You plug it to a power source and that's it. This light has helped my dark moods, caused by endless cloudy weather. It worked within a couple of days with just 15 minutes use daily.
