Bought floor lamp for my mother. It looks much better than the one it replaced, gives much better light and is easy for my mother to operate. Being LED I don't have to worry about dealing with burnt-out bulbs.

Outstanding customer service. Ordered lamp on 19 Dec and it arrived on 22 Dec using their free shipping promotion. I was surprised and delighted by this. My Dad already has one of these lamps so we we were prepared for the quality of the product and the visual enhancement aspects of the light. Excellent product!! The natural spectrum light bulbs are the best way to light up any and all rooms in your home. Over the top customer service also. Out of the dozen bulbs I ordered, only 1 was defective when it arrived. All it took to resolve the issue and get a replacement was ONE (1) email request. They sent out a replacement bulb the very next day. I highly recommend VERILUX.
