Website works fine. Product works well and would be 5 Stars if the bulbs lasted longer.

I love my full-size therapy light a lot! It shipped fairly fast and came in good condition. The only thing I would suggest is the website says the light features a replacement bulb, when in reality that is an add on item. Not that big of a deal I just thought I would be getting more for my money. It is something that maybe should have the wording changed to not be misleading. However, when I wrote to ask if there should have been an extra bulb in my order they replied quickly and were respectful.

I only had one dealing with Verilux, but I was very satisfied.

I have found I do sleep better at night. I am not sure when you should see a difference in mood but I seem to notice a slight improvement. I have been using it for about two weeks for about thirty minutes a day on the highest level of brightness.

I think my verilux light is helpful; it has aided in sleep and when used in early afternoon it helps energize me. The reason I did not give it 5 stars is that the electrical line is not long enough for me to plug it in to some of the places I would like to use it.

I had a task lamp for 17 years that finally stopped working. it used regular light bulbs and covered a good area in my workspace. I purchased the Tazza VD14. Meh. I honestly miss my other one. I prefer the regular light bulbs to the brightness of this one as well as more lighted 'viewing area'. Personal preferences. Then product works as described. :)

The light it generates is fabulous with all it's variables. The flexible neck is too stiff respect the previous model and probably personally I would had prefer it of the same white color. I haven't given 5 stars because of the too light base that dosen't hold well when you try to direct the flexible neck. I've installed a glass heavy dolphin to counter balance and make the base more steady. Missing some soft gripping pads at the base I had to put some under. Sure what counts after all it's the quality of light and in that you are a master. Alki, maf

I received my Verilux 'Happy Light' through some diversionary tactics, had it sent to my brother in New Hampshire, who then brought it up to me in Canada on his next trip up to visit. That took awhile, and it meant that I lost some time as given for returns and some warranty period wasted. For Canadian customers, it would be better if Verilux could organize bringing new items to our market in a more expedicious manner, since they already have outlets set up here in Canada ... Bed Bath and Beyond comes to mind. Otherwise, the light has worked well since arrival and I am pleased with it!
