I had excellent service. I have 2 floor lamp and 3 table lamp and wouldn't have any other kind. I needed a part and it was sent promptly. Thank you so much for the great quality lamps.

I really like this company, but I would LOVE TO SEE the option to include a note with it if it is to be given as a gift. My purchase was a surprise to a dear friend of mine who suffers from Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) and when I called to ask about including a note, I was told, "no we couldn't do that." I personally Love your products!!!

Just turned it on today, my coworker and I work in an area that has no windows so we are very excited to use this

I purchased this lamp for my desk. I contacted customer service for some specific measurements to be sure it would fit. This is not "just a lamp". The features of the lamp include a beautiful antique brass finish, a heavy base with on/off knob, a counterbalance arm and a fully adjustable lamp. Once the lamp is adjusted, it stays in position. But, it's the Verilux natural spectrum bulb that blows me away. There is no squinting and no eye strain whether using the computer or reading. When doing needle work, it is easy to distinguish colors of thread although I still have trouble threading the needle! I may have to buy a second one for craft work! Thank you Verilux!

Shipping was swift and product arrived faster than expected. Items were safe although packaging was torn. Both globes worked!

The customer service agent, Naomi, that I spoke with was understanding & extremely helpful. She sent me a new machine immediately - which arrived within 2 days. Great customer service!!!

Arrived quickly. A great floorlamp. Highly recommend.

The happy light is awesome and I use it every day. I suffer greatly from SAD and it had been helping with all the cloudy days we have already in 2018. I recommend the happy light to anyone needing more sunlight.
