Thanks for making a product like the Clean Wave. This is our second one (the original purchase was dropped and broke after several years use) and we would not want to be without one.

Great lighting with Heritage lamp. I bought one and then another.

Wish I had ordered a replacement bulb sooner. Wow, how bright -- I had forgotten, since I had used the lamp for so many years. And the bulb came so fast. Am really enjoying it.

Excellent product and service. I replaced my burnt out light within days!

good and needed product

The bulb in my Happy Light 4500 died so I purchased a new bulb. It arrived and when I put it in, it did not light up all the way. Only the high setting turned it on and then only at a dim glow. I contacted them and they told me that my light was broken. I'd already removed the bulb from the packaging so I could not return it. They offered me a 20% to buy a new Happy Light but I passed on it. Really bummed out as the light worked fine until the bulb died. Update These folks went all the way and offered me huge discount on the updated model to use with my new lightbulb. Am very happy now.

The product is exactly as was described online. There have been few cloudy days so I have not gotten to experience the benefits of the light but look forward to when I can....not that I am wishing for cloudy days!
