Unethical and Greedy
I live in NJ and have been under Stay at Home orders since 3/21. I simply was unable to reach my NJMMP for a refill so I made any appointment. Within 24 hours, my problem was resolved so I cancelled my appointment. When I did, I was told I had to pay a $40 cancellation fee because there was no way the good doctor could fill the appointment I scheduled for over a month away. Come on, man. This is unethical especially in light of a pandemic and the worse economic downturn since the Great Depression. You reply is weak. Look to title XX of agreement you signed. If you really wanted to make people aware of this draconian policy, you should put it in bold and highlight it like the company does for the $50 cancellation fee if you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled policy. I gave you 30 notice. I see all these comments about how wonderful this company is because they get appointments in days. I get you a month a fill that spot but you still want to justify stealing my money. Nice job but you are still a thief.

Our refund policy is explicitly stated in subsection ‘XX’ of our terms and conditions: https://www.veriheal.com/terms-and-conditions/ We've also just forwarded your feedback to management and they will be issuing a refund of the $39 cancellation fee. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
