Zero customer service
Zero customer service. No way to follow up with your actual physician. Been getting the run around from them for nearly a week now. Edit: How quick your answer comes is irrelevant if the answer is always "please just wait" no explanation, no reasoning. Final edit: After chasing an answer finally someone knowledgeable was able to help. I've adjusted my rating to reflect

Hey Michelle, As you know - the doctor is new to the Ohio program and having complications with your recommendation and their account. Know that we're working diligently on this for you and will have it resolved for you shortly. All doctors that use our platform are very busy and use the Veriheal platform to manage all of their patients. Hence why we manage the communication between parties. Thanks so much for your patience and know that we're proactively working on this for you and will have it resolved shortly. Also, it would be very helpful if you could clarify the points of contact you had with Veriheal, and in what regard you received 'zero customer service' as mentioned in your review.
