First contact was Cherise very helpful , then came the application process . I sent photographic info as requested one form being Driving license had name and details the second was work badge with photographic I’d but no name , this was not suffice according to the Underwriting Team . There was a couple more hurdles that had to be dealt with as well . Definitely not a seamless application process , I sent them an email and said just cancel the application as I’m being made feel as I’ve done something wrong . Hopefully no one else runs up against the same Brick Wall

Der Kundenservice ist unterirdisch. Verweigert die Herausbabe meiner eigenen Daten. Ich brauchte meine Gesamtjahresumsätze für eine Steuerprüfung. Die Herausgabe wurde stumpf,verbal frech und ohne Begründung verweigert. Jetzt werden wir auf Herausgabe klagen und den Anbieter wechseln. Das braucht kein Mensch. Ergänzung vom 2.3.25: Wir haben Verifone mit der Beitreibung von Rücklastschriften beauftragt, hierfür wird eine Gebühr von fast 18 Euro fällig. Verifone bleibt jedoch völlig untätig. Nach diversen Anrufen bei der Hotline mit der Bitte um Sachstandsmitteilung wurde immer wieder beteuert, daß man nun handeln werde. Passiert ist nichts. Sowohl die ausstehenden Umsätze als auch die Gebühr sind damit für uns verloren. Die Umsätze liegen jetzt über 2 Jahre zurück. Selbst die Androhung die Forderungen per Mahnbescheid gegen Verifone geltend zu machen blieb unbeantwortet. Ich vermute hier schon fast Vorsatz und somit Betrug. Vielleicht sollte hier mal eine Aufsichtsbehörde tätig werden.
