Rules for St Lucia changed 10 days ago, but verify insist I need a document that is no longer available. Unable to complete my record means I can’t check in online, and now expect to join the hundreds of other people in the same position waiting hours in a long queue serviced by insufficient staff, as many people are currently reporting. Instead of looking forward to an amazing holiday I am dreading it

Can someone at BA explain why they are extending their relationship with Verifly ?? Don’t they read the Reviews on Trustpilot ?? or do they read them and then simply ignore them ? How can BA say that they have had 500,000 customers “ travel seamlessly “ with Verifly ?? I’m reading these Reviews and would be very lucky if I have come across 5 that have had anywhere close to a “ satisfactory experience” with Verifly ??

Tried to upload documents which say they are no longer required for my destination to Cyprus. Won't allow me to process my online check in. What a complete waste of time and worry. I have to cancel my luggage collection for the night before. Their reputation and service has done down the toilet!!! I will never book with BA again!!!

I got two green passes from Verifly, but still cannot check in with British Airways. After a long queue on hold, BA lies and says my pass is valid, but my companion's is not (I have green from Verifly), so show up three hours early to wait in line at airport.

Appalling - simply adds stress to an already stressful challenge of current travel demands. We each spent much of a whole day trying to negotiate the demands of the app, including a hopeless phonecall to the Fillipines base. In the end we phoned the cruise company and sorted the whole thing in minutes. HOW CAN SUCH A HOPELESS ORGANISATION BE ALLOWED TO DOMINATE INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS????

This app is absolute junk don't bother wasting your time. Tried several times to get negative results uploaded but wouldn't accept from a government facility which we paid $180 each

Verifly would not accept the negative covid certificate from a Government national approved covid testing organisation. Their wording also implied the certificate was not to an approved standard. Tried three times loading my documents to no avail. So increased the stress on top of Manchester airport problems for us. Aerlingus immediately accepted the certificate. But lengthened the check in process ( which was already half hr late in opening) as had to show NHS vaccination certificates, location firm etc. Because of the epic American immigration Q’s at Dublin we kept meeting fellow passengers from Manchester. None of those we chatted to had their vaccination certificates approved by Verifly…. Hence extra stress for them. Aer Lingus should not be using them. We used verifly with BA in November 2021 for a Boston flight and it worked ok with them. I tried unsuccessfully to get a response from verifly. Our covid health testing organisation however answered the phone! twice about it.Clearly their confidence in Verifly was non existent.

it kept telling me that i needed a booster shot, when ive already uploaded vaccine card with my 3 shots. this app sucks, just wanted your picture and your personal information and that's it. it's useless! shame on american airlines. they need to dump this app.
