Very bad. Insisted I needed a covid test when one wasn't required. Couldn't complete so uninstalled and will get to the airport a little earlier instead.

Simply does not work. Don't waste your time on it.

One of the worst apps I’ve ever encountered. Aer Lingus insist on it for online checkin yet you cannot complete the verify passenger location until you have a seat number from Aer Lingus. Cannot save passenger location form until you do get a seat no (by checking in!). Didn't recognise ‘ in name previously. Don’t waste your time using it. Check in at airport and complete online PLF at the airport. How it gets a rating of 4+ in the App Store is beyond belief. Everyone I speak to who tried to use it complains about it !

Trying to check in for a BA flight. It informs me to use the VeriFLY app. I’ve had the app for a couple of weeks and set up an account. Several attempts to check in for a flight within 24 hours have failed. I’ll check in at the counter like the good old days. Definitely not fit for purpose.

Useless, spend an hour putting all the info in and doesn’t allow me to check in. Pathetic app linked to a useless BA.

What is the point of using an app that is supposed to make our life easier when it does not work as intended? I am shocked that BA does not perform due diligence on the vendors they work with. Insane

Piece of complete rubbish. Was encouraged to use this app by British Airways in advance of a trip from London to Spain. Download and tried to set up trip, but only airlines available to select were Aer Lingus and American Airlines! Proceeded to delete app!

The software will not allow me to get past inputting the time of my flight. There is no enter button. Tried numerous times but the app does not allow input. I could not go to the next stages. This is an atrocity as people cannot conform to travel requirements and adds another barrier to freedom of movement.
