Downloaded on my IPad, completed Covid vaccinations. Thn thought I will be using my phone, so I went to my IPhone to make sure everything was OK. VeriFLY only allows information on 1 smart device. So, as instructed I replaced; which wiped out my records (photos, vaccinations, etc) Resubmitted photos, could not check to see if we were still "cleared". Checked a day later = "start over". This program is a joke. They don’t even tell you you to download on the device you will have with you!

Impossible to use. Have tried for an hour, browsed through help pages. Can't add a trip back to UK despite BA saying to use it. Useless.

Absolute waste of time. App is hard to navigate and rejects uploading of documents continuously. On my recent trip they rejected my Covid test documents even if they met all requirements. What makes it even worse is that they do not even tell you what the issue is. Really leaves you doubting yourself if you have all the necessary documents prior to arriving at the airport. Isn't that the entire point of this App to give you confidence in that you are ready to travel? And as usual with all these App companies try to get anyone in customer service to respond - good luck. I am a BA gold member and will never use this App again. Surprise surprise - all my documents were accepted both by BA check in staff and immigration in the UK. Have a feeling they only want you to take a test with their test partners and that is why they reject other test results. It's such a waste of time....

Doesn't work. My covid tests were rejected because the time the test was taken differed from the time the results came through. Hardly surprising. Then there is no-one to call to get it put right

What a waste of time. It's telling me my code is invalid. It's telling me to line it up in the triangle which is actually a square. I have a QR code and it's looking for a bar code. Is it designed to confuse?

If I could rate zero I would. Time wasted on an app that is nowhere near market ready. Took forever to get all docs uploaded but even after all that my husband had the full check list all green he showed up as status incomplete. Full of bugs and user experience is poor. Also, not even asked for at the airport who checked all paperwork and checked this over quickly and simply meaning the app is frankly a waste of time.

Has anyone else been told that your vaccine record is invalid? I have a valid record. What do I do now?

I have tried again to use the VeriFLY App. I had to take a selfie of a picture of myself, because the app would not use the selfie lens on my smartphone. Once getting over this hurdle, I tried to scan the UK QR code. Fail. I've had my UK vaccine certificate recognised by the German system and was given 2 QR codes, one for each injection. VeriFLY App fails to recognise these QR codes as well. I have reported this to VeriFLY but do not expect any answer soon, as they must be over loaded with complaints. BA recommended this app, I have complained to them and asked BA to stop recommending it, it's a disaster.
