Spent ages downloading and getting my documents verified as requested by BA but still unable to check in online. Saved me no time at he airport as no separate queue for those who had bothered with the app. Total waste of my holiday time.

This is a useless app. Eventually uploaded a trip and the app will now only accept a new route from the last place i visited! Rebooted but to no avail. If BA make this app compulsory don't fly with BA. Other reviews, i note, are appalling.

Tried multiple times to enter UK passenger locator form which clearly states my status as airside transit. The QR code scanned with no problem but the app keeps demanding my arrival test package booking number and won't continue without it. I'm transiting, there is no arrival test requirement. I even tried completely redoing the PLF after the app once responded that my QR code was invalid. Now I have no way to know if there really is a problem until I check in at the airport. The app also would not accept my CA digital vaccine record because it includes my 3rd vaccine, a booster shot. Manual review worked fine.

No functionality. QR code from fit to fly certificate apparently invalid. In fact every QR code I tried on vax certificate also invalid. Will not be travelling BA again. Totally dismayed.

Returning from Portugal and kept receiving emails from BA to download the app to upload Covd travel docs. As we simply uploaded to BA before the outbound flight I thought we could do the same on return. However, we now don’t have the option to upload to BA and have to use the app as BA will not allow us to check in on-line either! Took over an hour to do and after reading the other reviews not confident our tests will be authorised in time for the flight tomorrow. As a result we will have to queue at the airport to check in which is a pain when will not have cabin bags. I also did not like having to add all my info and photo! BA stick with your own system…which works. We will also be posting a further review which will be dependent upon how long test approval takes and whether we can then check in online. Just received test results and hasn’t been recognised. Was a negative test with Unilabs which both my parents and brother have used successfully. We will be flying with EasyJet next time if BA persist in making us use this app.

Shocking user experience, their requirements are incorrect (i.e. Stating a covid test required when it wasn't). BA should drop this, it's a joke. No interest in customer feedback, got the response 'you don't have to use it'....

Total waste of time, I lost hours of my holiday completing, they didn’t approve one of my tests before departure - exactly the same test done at exactly the same time by husband and son approved. Sent an email to query, still no reply and already home. It was useless, I just printed off copies of everything, didn’t even use the app on return.

A complete waste of a valuable hour. This app is hopeless. I couldn't even enter my flights. Trying to take the selfie they require took ten minutes. I'm not an IT tyro and am amazed that an outfit like BA is recommending this.
