What a major pain in the backside this is. Added stress at a difficult time to travel. BA must be mad to promote it makes a mockery of their Exec Club membership.

I fly Aer Lingus and Verifly has not even listed Dublin Airport. Why on earth does Aer Lingus recommend using Verifly?

Absolute rubbish! You have to use AA partners for your covid tests, passenger location form and purchase of destination covid testing. The app only accepts Q-codes and you will not get a Q-code from Rite Aid or CVS... AA wants it's cut from their partners and are willing to prostitute their customers to achieve that. Total rubbish and you can no longer check in before you fly.... Just turn up at the airport!

Relieved to hear that BA stated that using the Verifly app was an "option". Well, after a long struggle, I had to finally exercise that option and delete this piecde of junk from my phone. After tying myself in knots, I used the bin icon to delete the flight and start over. No such luck. It still came up with the same details. Even deleting and re-installing the app, and signing in again, I realised that you just cannot delete and start again. I should have read the shocking Apple app reviews before downloading. Just as bad. And, with hindsight, would I really want some third party company holding all that information about me, when all I want to do is fly BA?

Still dreadful. I used at the end of August and it was terrible. I used it on my outward leg and BA still manually checked my documents. Now coming back and it’s dreadful again. Total waste of time - BA need to ditch it and ask for a refund.

Take note of what others have said. COMPLETE waste of time and stress. BA said they had partnered with this app, for a smooth and speedy transit through Check-in. We spent ages filling out the App, and it caused a lot of stress and worry. Only to be told that we had to go through check-in anyway.....and show all out documents, which took about 1 minute. So avoid the app. Just have your documents ready to show when to check your bags.. A shocking waste of time and worry!!!!

American Airlines email recommended this app. Now I can't check in online. Called AA and the worthless CSR Rep said I may not be able to board flight without Verifly confirmation which never arrived. After checking Trustpilot I see I have no worries because Verifly is nothing but brain damage!

Complete crap.... Doesn't recognise WAS/DCA/Washington as an option for an AA flight. Difficult to navigate. Didn't send requested email for reset. Will delete the app.
