Won't let me select my departure airport, so I can't proceed. Because of this I cannot check-in online for my flight. This app is broken and useless.

Have tried multiple times to add PCR test results. Does not recognise date and time of test for my wife and daughter. No one to contact with regards to sorting this out. Come on B.A., why partner with a service app that obviously has faults. Not looking good.

This is a hopeless waste of time. There is no ability to contact if its not working, which it doesn't. The covid certificate was accepted for my outbound trip but the very same one was not accepted for my return journey. No one looks at it anyway so a total waste of my time, don't bother. BA you need to do better with your partnerships

Doesn't even allow me to enter my flight details. It does not have my airport of origin nor of destination in the allowed choices. Less than useless.

Got to the "Enter Flight Details" select American Airlines... and can't find SFO airport...? OK try all the other airlines... still no SFO. The app could only find 1 out of 4 of my flights and on that one it kept rejecting the 6 character booking reference... Seems to have conflicting Covid travel requirements to everything I've read online... the "My Documents" page is empty...? I guess still under construction with no explanation, buttons or anything... the "Scan VeriFLY Code" page has no user info... like where am I supposed to find this code... online maybe? In an email verification..? The app is definitely not Scottish (Mike Meyers SNL).. Its Sh!te!

Less than 1 star. I had flown recently and thought I knew which tests to get and when. When I arrived for my flight I had been “cleared” by this app with my Covid test. Not so. I was given every indication that a “fit for flight” lateral flow test was sufficient. I ended up spending an extra several hundred pounds on a rapid PCR and overnight accommodation when I had been assured I’d taken the necessary precautions. I wouldn’t use this app although suggested by the airline. The airline weren’t interested in the certified results and it gave me a false sense of security in completing the necessary paperwork for travel. The app cost me about £200 in delays and fees.

While VeriFLY worked fine on my flight a month ago from the US to the UK, it’s been a nightmare this morning as I prepare to fly back to the US. I keep getting an error message trying to get my COVID test result verified. At first it wouldn’t say why it was rejecting the test and I started to panic that I had the wrong test. A call to AA reassured me that the issue was probably with VeriFLY and to just bring all my documents with me to Heathrow before I check in. Which is still a bit scary but reading all these other reviews makes me feel more confident I will be able to get home, since I did have my negative test.

Great idea to collate all the data and documentation needed for online checkin. However despite spending ages registering etc the app doesnt provide the capability to upload on line docs like locators, vaccination certificates etc and there is no support so the service is useless and pointless. We checked in with BA at the airport in moments with all the relevant documentation, so even if the app had worked it wouldnt have saved us time.
